Data We Collect

We collect the information you provide at registration — name, email, phone number — plus transaction records for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payments. We do not sell this data to third-party marketing companies under any circumstance.

Account Security

All accounts are protected with encrypted password storage and optional two-step verification via your registered mobile number. We recommend enabling two-step verification especially if you transact via UPI or Paytm through your account.

Data Retention Period

We retain account records for as long as your account is active and for five years after closure, in line with financial record-keeping obligations. After that period, personal data is deleted or anonymised from our systems.

Your Right to Access and Correct

You may request a full export of the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting our legal team via email. Corrections to inaccurate records are processed within seven business days of a verified request.

Dispute and Escalation Path

If you believe a policy has been applied incorrectly to your account, you can escalate the matter in writing to our compliance desk. We document every escalation and provide a written response within 14 calendar days.

Yes. Eligibility to access 7lpa depends on local law in your state or region. Where local law does not permit this type of platform, our terms do not override that restriction. Check whether access is permitted where you are before opening an account.

Email our legal team with your account ID and a subject line reading 'Data Access Request'. We will verify your identity and send a full export of your stored personal data within seven business days of confirming the request.

Yes. Submit a written deletion request via email or the in-account closure tool. We will close your account and begin data deletion immediately, retaining only what we are legally required to keep for financial record purposes, for up to five years.

Transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payments are retained for five years post-closure in line with financial compliance obligations. They are not used for any marketing purpose and are not shared with third parties after account closure.

We notify you by email to the address registered on your account at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date means you accept the updated terms. You can also find the current version on this page at all times.

Write to our compliance desk with your account ID, a description of the issue, and any relevant dates. We log every dispute formally and return a written decision within 14 calendar days. If you remain unsatisfied, we can provide guidance on further escalation options.

Yes. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be used to facilitate transactions on behalf of another person. Any attempt to use the account commercially or to circumvent payment network rules — including those governing UPI or PhonePe — may result in account suspension pending review.
